It's finally here. The release of CashRaid!

For those who haven't been following the development of the game, here is a quick little introduction on what the game is.
CashRaid is a 1-bit inspired Choose your own adventure game, where  you find yourself in a 19th century western story in which you decide what happens next. The story changes depending on the choices that you make during the game, which makes it repayable.

The game was made in 10 weeks on my school in preparation for my exams. I currently study game development  and find myself in the final year of it.

During the development, I have learned a pretty few things. Because I want to create as much as possible on all of my games, I need to be able to create a fair few things. I wanted to have dynamic music which changes depending on the scenario you are in. This ment that I needed to create the music in an 8-bit style, make it loop able and interesting for each instrument on its own. There was one of the challenges I faced, because I have never done this before on this level. It might not be a high level, but it's still different. Nevertheless, I think that it turned out good. The only thing that I wish I knew before, is that I needed to trim the music to the exacts millisecond in post to make it loop seamlessly... This was a pain, but I found a way to do this :)

For now, you can download the game for Mac OS and for Windows. I haven't tested the Windows version, so excuse me if it doesn't run as it should, but I have faith in Unity for making it run on your machine.
